We got to spend the weekend in Tucson with "our Magnusons" as the kids call them...we always have a such fun with them and our time together is always too short and far between. We had such a nice time around the fire, in front of the TV, playing games and generally just hanging out being together. Isn't that what family is for? We lazed around all day on Sunday the 4th...pretended we were at a parade (so I could throw candy at the kids), baked a cake, and eventually went to see the fireworks.

was another week of firsts: Carolyn had her first taste of Eegees...she may be hooked. She asked if we could make it a Tucson tradition.
I love Eegee's!!! Carolyn has always been sooo smart.
