Elyse and I had a fun day with Girl Scout Troop 1572 on the Dolly Steamboat at Canyon Lake. This was my first time on an Arizona Lake and it was beautiful! 100 degrees and we're on a steamboat going through the canyon....looking for wildlife. The only thing we saw was a blue heron (beautiful). I was hoping for a bobcat, mountain lion, bear....elk...mountain goat...... anything?! But, alas, it was not to be. We just got to see human wildlife on jet skis and boats.
