I slaved all day - and Coco helped...sort of...she stayed at my feet all day....right there where I needed to be standing....right there where I needed to move....Coco was there. In the way. She was even there when the powdered sugar poofed out of the mixer. Serves her right. I have to admit, it was pretty cute. And she still didn't move. She just licked the powdered sugar off my toes.
And then I continued to decorate Elyse's cake - she designed it and told me exactly how it should be done...which stripes should be red, which should be white...how many of everything (notice that everything is in eights....) there needed to be...It was fun and I hope it tastes good tomorrow! Carolyn decorated the cupcakes that are surrounding the cake. She's got a pretty good star tip going!
Stop by after 3:30 tomorrow if you want some cake!
