I never make any secret about my age (I am now 42). I happily celebrate every birthday I have. This year was relatively mellow: Scott and I went to dinner while the girls made my cake (which I had baked...). It was so yummy (both dinner and the cake!). We had to finally discard the "4" candle...I had hoped it would last all through my 40's, but it is not to be.
