Birthday Cake









Carolyn had requested a stacked cake with fondant and polka dots on it. We'd never worked
with fondant so it was an adventure. We recommend the Duff brand of fondant from Michael's. It tasted yummy and the colors were bright and beautiful. I think I still prefer frosting. I have to say though - the fondant was faster than star tips!

She had red velvet and white cakes; 11 candles and a sparkler on top.
