One of my favorite things to do while in the White Mountains, is to be outside - don't get me wrong - I like being a slug on the couch just as much - but when we're here, if possible, I like to get outside. I like to hike or walk... and since we brought the dogs, we may as well have them out as much as possible too. The girls brought their bikes so they should be riding them...so when I suggested we go to a trail and do a hike - that we knew was partly paved - I was met with resistance. Well, I met eye rolling and "whyyyyyy..." We got to the trail, unloaded the bikes, leashed the dogs and away we went. The trail was quite nice and the girls toodled along. We stopped and did a little off road hike which we all enjoyed. For awhile.
