Band Concert

Elyse was SO excited for her first band concert this year. She started playing the trombone in August and has come so far in this short time.  She's had to learn a lot:  how to put the instrument together, which end in which to blow...how to read bass clef...and honestly, trombone isn't easy!  She practices fairly diligently and was very proud to get to perform a solo at the concert.

For Carolyn, the concert was everything as usual.  She has been playing horn for almost 2 1/2 years and also plays percussion.  She was very excited to be selected by her band director to represent Heritage in the PUSD District Honor Band in January.
