I LOVE hosting Thanksgiving. It is my favorite holiday and I really think I have it down. My usual helper didn't show up this year, so Carolyn got to help out. She was excited to finally get to use a knife in the kitchen and was in charge of the mashed potatoes. She is cubing the cream cheese. She also did the cutting up of the potatoes (we love our Vidalia onion chopper) and pretty much did the rest of the potatoes. Annie and Elyse did not last the evening and sacked out on the couch.
