The 9th Annual PUSD Arts Festival was held on Saturday, April 16. Both girls had art on display - I took pictures of them with their art work...but I need my techno-assistant to help me get them off my phone. Carolyn's piece (left) is a Navajo Vase using oil pastels.Elyse's piece (right) is a Transportation Collage and I can't wait for them to bring them home so I can frame them and hang them in the house. I can say I have original art work in my house!The PUSD Arts Festival features arts demos (choir, band, dance, theater, visual art etc.) from every school in our district and generates thousands of dollars that go directly back to classrooms to support the arts in PUSD. Hope to see you there next year!
