More lefse!

Imagine rolling out the perfect pie crust or a perfect circle of something. I finally achieved that last night in my lefse rolling. I am not the greatest at the rolling and I tend to end up in that spot...It must have been the phase of the moon or something because this was our smoothest, least frustrating lefse making adventure we've ever had. We will just bless the occassion and ask for "more please!"
Coco and Annie even got to try some lefse. They preferred it fresh and hot OR cold off the floor. I guess they really weren't fussy. There are different ways to eat lefse: straight off the grill (Scott and Carolyn), with butter (Scott, Carolyn and Elyse), with butter and sugar (Zona and Scott); I've heard of people using brown sugar and cinnamon as well How do you like your
lefse?
We started rolling lefse about 9:00 p.m. and I said no matter what I was quitting at midnight. We actually finished frying a little after 11:30 and, surprisingly, clean up didn't take that much longer. We were all tucked into bed shortly after midnight.
