More on the lefse
So remember I said Carolyn was peeling potatoes by 5:30. We had the potatoes chilling in the refrigerator by 7, Scooter got home from yoga about 8:00 and we started frying at 9:00. I used 10 pounds of potatoes and we have about 5 1/2 doz. pieces of lefse. We agreed that it was the smoothest lefse making we've ever had - it rolled out nicely and hardly tore at all...It really went well. We were cleaning up by 11:40 (I said I was quitting at midnight no matter what) and at 12:05 we were all tucked into bed.
