I arrived in The Homeland today. Thank you, everyone, who helped us out for taking the girls for sleepovers and to Caroline for letting Scooter and I have a sleepover at your house - just 15 minutes from Mesa-Gateway Airport. We appreciated the extra sleep! Flight was smooth and uneventful; landed in Bismarck and got a brisk five minute walk while waiting for Alison. Thanks for lunch, Alison and Dennis. I wish I could post our lunch pictures...they'll have to come later.
Dennis and I pulled into Perkins just as we saw T&N parking, so timing was perfect. I got the pleasure of driving to New Rockford with Ted as my wingman. Thankfully, the roads were clear and the sun was sort of shining. It is good to be home. Tonight held no great excitement: cleaned the stove and made the realization I need to buy rubber gloves! Linus and Susette and Teddy stopped by on their way home, so it was a nice evening of seeing family: always one of my favorite things.
