I chose Dead Horse Ranch State Park for our adventure because I knew I'd be able to sell it to the girls with the promise of horseback riding. Sadly, it was part of the following weekend's adventure, not ours. BUT we were able to line up a ride at the end and we had a very nice one hour ride on the backs of Blaze, Hawaii and something else....We were exhausted at this point, so it was nice to just sit on the back of a horse and enjoy the scenery of the area.
