Wow! We're over a month through summer and I have been busy enough to let this slide! We had a busy June - a good busy - I taught Summer School and ventured out of my music room and into the computer lab. I really enjoyed teaching 1st -7th grade computers. We created some fun projects and we all enjoyed ourselves enough to come back every day. It really was a nice break from music. While I taught summer school, Carolyn would get herself to swim practice every morning (7:45 a.m. practice) with her friend, Alyssa. The girls rode their bikes to practice every morning and have had success in each of their meets - of which I have just this picture from their first meet the end of May:

Elyse started dive team shortly after that and has done so well! She has improved each meet - and still enjoys going to each practice. I have several 3-5 second videos - no joke - she was looking at them on the phone last night on our way home and she said, "I literally blinked and missed it." So the videos are very short! She has placed in each of her meets and is very happy she chose to dive this summer.
